About TextileFlow

India's textile depthwith sourcing discipline.

TextileFlow connects home textile buyers with vetted Indian manufacturers through a more organised sourcing workflow — structured RFQs, supplier qualification, and production visibility led from the UK.

Why we exist

India has the capacity. The challenge is managing it properly.

Many buyers already know India has strong home textile manufacturing capability. The harder part is finding the right factory, validating capability, keeping documents organised, and maintaining visibility once production begins.

Too often, sourcing still runs across email, WhatsApp, spreadsheets, shared drives, and supplier-side promises. That may work for one small order. It does not work well for serious retail, private-label, hospitality, or brand sourcing programmes.

TextileFlow was built to reduce that operational drag.

From scattered sourcing to structured control

What makes us different

More than supplier introductions.

TextileFlow is designed as a sourcing workflow, not a supplier directory. We help buyers move from brief to supplier review, sampling, documentation, and production follow-up with clearer structure at every stage.

hub

Curated supplier network

We focus on selected manufacturers reviewed for category capability, export readiness, communication reliability, and available documentation before introduction to buyer briefs.

assignment

Structured RFQs

Buyer requirements are captured in a consistent format so suppliers respond against the same brief, reducing confusion and improving decision quality.

folder_managed

Documentation discipline

Supplier certificates, audit files, product records, inspection notes, and sourcing activity are organised so buyer teams can review them without digging through disconnected folders.

India-side follow-up

Factory communication, sample coordination, production updates, and inspection evidence are supported close to the manufacturing base.

Where we operate

UK-registered. India-executed. Built for global buyers.

TextileFlow is a trading name of Sleekshift Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Our commercial and platform operations are anchored in the UK, while supplier discovery, factory communication, sample coordination, document collection, and production follow-up are supported close to the manufacturing base in India.

This gives international buyers a structured sourcing layer in the UK, backed by India-side execution where the manufacturing actually happens.

Supplier network experience

Connected to manufacturers behind recognised home and lifestyle supply chains.

Our supplier network includes manufacturers with prior production experience for recognised home, lifestyle, retail, and hospitality buyers across international markets. Buyer names, where shown, reflect prior supplier-network manufacturing experience, not direct TextileFlow client relationships. TextileFlow verifies supplier claims where documentation is available.

Network production experience includes

  • IKEA
  • TJX
  • H&M Home
  • Zara Home
  • Costco
  • Next Home
  • Kmart Australia

Buyer names reflect prior manufacturing experience within TextileFlow's supplier network. They do not imply direct TextileFlow client relationships or endorsements.

Operating principles

Four principles, applied consistently.

These are not abstract values. They shape who we onboard, what we promise buyers, and what we refuse to do.

filter_alt

Curation over aggregation

Most platforms list as many suppliers as possible and leave buyers to manage the risk. TextileFlow takes the opposite approach. We would rather introduce fewer suitable manufacturers than overwhelm buyers with unverified options.

account_tree

Structure by default

RFQs, supplier responses, samples, technical files, purchase documents, inspection notes, and production updates should not disappear into inboxes. Each sourcing stage should create a record buyers can review.

visibility

Evidence over reassurance

"Production is going well" is not enough. Buyers need clearer updates, document trails, photos where available, inspection notes, issue ownership, and timestamped activity when something changes.

sync_alt

Coordination without confusion

International sourcing often breaks down because too many conversations happen in too many places. TextileFlow gives buyers a single structured workflow for RFQs, supplier communication, documentation, sampling, and production follow-up.

Our commitments

What we owe buyers, factories, and the people inside them.

groups

Ethical labour

TextileFlow prioritises suppliers with recognised social compliance documentation such as SEDEX, BSCI, SA8000, or equivalent audit records where available. Audit documents are reviewed as part of supplier qualification, but buyers should complete their own internal approval process before placing orders.

eco

Responsible production

Supplier onboarding considers relevant certifications, material standards, chemical requirements, wastewater practices, and responsible production controls where applicable to the product category. We do not claim every supplier is suitable for every buyer.

shield_lock

Data and IP protection

Buyer tech packs, designs, specifications, pricing discussions, and commercial terms should be handled carefully. TextileFlow is designed to keep sourcing information organised, access-controlled, and easier to review than scattered files across email and messaging apps.

Compliance readiness

Sourcing is becoming more documented. TextileFlow is built for that.

Trade rules, product traceability expectations, and supply-chain due-diligence requirements are becoming more complex, especially for buyers placing textile products into European markets. TextileFlow is not a legal, customs, tax, or regulatory compliance adviser. We help buyers organise the sourcing records and supplier documentation their internal teams may need to review.

Due diligence records

Maintain supplier details, certificates, audit files, production notes, inspection records, and activity history in one structured workflow.

Product data foundations

Build cleaner records for materials, composition, certifications, testing, packaging, inspection notes, and traceability requests.

TextileFlow supports sourcing record organisation. It does not replace buyer legal, customs, regulatory, or compliance review.

For buyers who need more than supplier contacts.
